Meet Glenda Rooney
My name is Glenda Rooney, and I have a passion for showing new notaries how they can build a business. It all starts with that first loan signing!
I am located in Vista, CA and serve San Diego County. I am the owner, along with my husband Bill Rooney, of Vista Notaries. I am a full-time certified loan signing agent and mobile notary. I have been a notary public for 12 years and a signing agent for 5 years.I acquired my certification through the National Notary Association, Notary2Pro, The Notary Learning Center and 123Notary. I have worked successfully with many signing, escrow and title companies. I have been Fidelity approved. I am fully background checked, bonded and $100,000. E&O policy. I have a paralegal degree with a certificate from an ABA approved program at Phillips College in Riverside, CA and have experience working in a law firm.
I am a member of the National Notary Association, 123Notary, Notary Rotary, Notary Café and the American Association of Notaries.
